The Rigby City Library has a check out period of 2 weeks for books, audios. Movies are checked out for 2 days. Kits are checked out for 1 week. Fines for movies, kits and audios are $1 a day.
To get a Rigby City Library card you need to come into the Library with proof of your address (paper or digital) and a photo id. For all the residents inside the city limits, city taxes pay for membership. If you live outside of Rigby City limits, library cards can be purchased based on the fees below:
